信州大学医学部附属病院 ジュニアアスリート外来の師田先生をお招きして講義を行いました。
4月に実施した血液検査のフィードバックと、「ジュニアアスリートの健康問題」について講義をしていただきました。血液検査から見えたそれぞれの課題と向き合い競技でのパフォーマンス向上に努めてほしいと思います。
